I have two printers connected my my Windows XP and I can't get either one to work. I have unplugged them, restarted the PC, nothing works. I have noticed each time I reboot and I go to the Printers & Fax Folder they show up as being Offline. I do turn them to Ready Mode and then a printer error ...

I keep getting a pop up that I have a trojan horse. NaviPromo.N. I cannot "heal" it or do anything with it. I even tried deleting the file it was attached to (nse25C.dll). It still keeps popping up, please tell me what to do!
