No I have it set to autosense. My choices are: 100BaseFX, 100BaseFX Full Duplex, 100Base T4, 100BaseTX, 100BaseTX Full Duplex, 10Base2 (BNC), 10Base5 (AUI), 10BaseT (Twisted Pair), 10BaseT Full Duplex, 10BaseT No Link Test and Autosense.

Speeding up Cable
:) Just wondering how I can improve on my settings? First off here's my specs...600 MHZ PIII, 192 SDRAM, Adelphia Powerlink (RCA Modem), I have Cablenuts ond Speedguide webtweak Properly installed, I've used Rwin values of 385440, 481800, 513920 and 55???? (can't remember).

I would like that info also. I recently changed my CAT 5 cable that came from the manufacture and replaced it with a FastCaT 5 cable. I'm cruising much faster than before and video streams don't jitter as much. Every litle bit helps.

I did but it slowed down my web page loading. At my old setting I was zipping through web pages but getting nowhere on downloads. My downloads would start off around 350K +/- then by the end drop as low as 21.5K (yuck!) sometimes. That's not on large downloads either. :rolleyes: rbtweak@adelphia.net

But I thought cable modems were supposed to have a download speed between 1.5 Mb to 5 Mb. Not in the KB area. Also I have tried the other settings and the current rwin is the best so far. Can you suggest any more values?
