How did you configure the PC that acts as relay for PC4? Did you enable DHCP ans ICS on PC2? It needs it to make a connection to PC4.

Is this your setup?:

X (router) - - - wireless - - - Windows PC 1- - - wired - - - Windows PC 2

In whiich PC 2 is connected to PC1 by wire but not avble to get Internet on PC2?

Did you use the right cable between PC1 and PC2? You need to use a UTP cross cable.

I can't seem to get Psched binding to my NIC. Got it installed, but when checking ther tcp analyzer it show '0'. Got DisableTOS... set to 0 and the TOS value added.

I was wondering if anyone had specific tips on how to optimize my internal LAN

Reason for this is that I have a wireless mediaplayer and like to optimize the connection from my PC thru the router/AP to the mediaplayer.

PC is running Server 2003 Ent., NIC is Intel pro/1000 (but no gigabit ...

When I add this entry to use Qos settings (set it to 0) there is no connection possible anymore.

Can anyone explain why this happens?

I got it to work, but now TOS/QOS still doesn't seem to work.
QOS packet scheduler running, settings in registry OK (TCP Optimizer). But still no mention in ...
