These guys are crazy! http://www.acronis.net/ati4free $10 for professional backup software, almost nothing.. But I'm gonna upgrade my ATI before they change their mind! Has anyone tried to buy it already at this price?

Acronis Disk Director is the best to resize partitions. :thumb:
It supports over then 100 OSes, I used it to resize my OS partition to make a multiboot system.
So this program has intuitive windows wizard that allows you easily manage the HDD without any harmful mistake.

For certain you need a new videocard!
As for me, I think that it's better have a good VideoCard (probably GeForce, but I use Radeon 9800), as you can upgrade your PC any time and you won't need upgrade your Video. :thumb:
