I have a headache too. Mine is from trying to get used to my bifocals. :p Bifocals beat headache in age arguments.

Had migraines as a kid. Glad I got old and they ended. Maybe your not old enough?

They started when I was about 8 and slowly became more infrequent after 17. Became rare after 35. When they started I'd have 3 to 5 a week. I was lucky and mine lasted less than 24 hours.
