			I can't seem to find any info. on it but is beef jerky a healthy food and if so, even for diabetics?

						As far as the beef jerkey being healthy... I don't think so... unless it is homemade stuff even then... Alot of preservatives and extra crap they throw in that stuff you know...
As for being healthy for diabetics, it really depends on what is in it and what kind of diabetic you are.
