My setup goes 4/80mm, Stealth fans in frontblowing in, 2/80mm on the side blowing out, 1 rear 60mm fan, and a cutout on PSU 92mm, sucks the air out from right over the heatsink, also a 4 switch fan controller, My CPU Temps, are between 34 and 38C load, system Temps. are 31 to 34C, keepin it cool,

yes, I have all the latest service packs, and Via chipset drivers, I also uninstalled the older drivers, to no aval same problem, so i just re-installed the previous drivers, and it worked fine, may be I am getting a conflict with something, not sure what though???

Have you tried restoring defaults in the bios?, Also you might want to try to take the mem out clean the pins and reseat, sometimes this works,, take care and good luck ....
