Stalling problems, Help !!!!

Hello, I am having problems with stalling when browsing the internet, i have a wireless router, at 2.4 gig, My Desktop is hooked up with cable, My laptop on wireless, my laptop seems to be okay, but my desktop sucks, now i have done several speed tests, i am getting around 1.6 to 2.2 download speed and 287 upload, which seems good, but still stalls, never did this before///

Is your desktop connected via USB or ethernet? Is your router firmware up to date?

Manually assign ur ip too.

Well I updated my Firmware, seems better, next i will try to assign a static IP, What I would like to know , is my RWIN value good, for comcst, cable, and wireless router, here are my specs..., Thanks all for your help,
