yes.....mIRC 6.01 just released this evening.

I have a Comcast tech right here with me now and I asked her about these packages, she has no idea about this. Comcast has not told their techs anything about it.

I've seen this b4....open Winamp goto Options...Preferences...Setup...Agent and Uncheck "Enable Winamp agent" close out Winamp, reboot and run Scandisk.

Shortcut for Scandisk that I use...
Start
Run...scandskw /a /n "Enter"
scandskw /a "all drives"
scandskw /n "no confirm"

I don't use a reg tweak, I use the DNS numbers instead of the mail.mailservername.com and it does connect faster to the mail server for me.

i downladed all the .dll(s) it asked for and then re-downloaded optimizer again, all is work now.

missing alot of .DLL(s) no debugging eh??

downloaded the new TCPOptimizer and over wrote the old.....now I get an error starting program msg.

A required .DLL file, MFC42D.DLL, was not found.

Tried that with the old modem never found a difference but I will try it with the new modem ISP has given me.

Thanks for replying btw, I'm using Duntweak to allow me to set the RWIN settings. I downloaded Optimizer and did what you suggested and here are the results....
