How do u find your nic's irq number. I am sorry to start a new thread but i am trying the sysini tweak and i dont know where to find my nic's irq?
And what is a NIC anyway?

But an rwin isnt random numbers right?
Theres a way o com up with a bigger rwin that is correct.
IS there like a formula or something for coming up with rwin's?

I was downloading 3 movies at the time of the test.

I read in some post that a prog called F*uckupc was used to UNCAPP the modem. Can this prog be used right now since it came out when cable modems first came out?

Speed Drop?

When I start a download from happypuppy.com i get d/l speeds like 1.44 mbs and then it drops to like 200-300 kbs. Is there any way that i can keep that first sreed that appears? This is my first post. Hi to all.
