I FIXED IT, and I did that by disregarding most of your posts

I went to the recovery console like you guys said, and I just deleted the ntoskrnl.exe file and then it booted up magically

I installed a new boot screen for Windows XP by going in safe modeand overwriting ntoskrnl.exe @ c:\windows\system32

But every time I restart, in safe mode or normal mode, I get a blue screen and it restarts. I can't even get into Windows. Anyone know how to delete ntoskrnl? I tried going into the ...

Maybe some games.

But not Doom III, it has been optimized for the 8500 on up. Well, NVidia also has some of this benefit, but not near the caliber of the 8500+ cards

Bah, the GF FX has a LOT more uses than the Radeon 9900, or the 9700 Pro, or the 9500, or any other card ever.

It's the only card to can be used as a vacuum cleaner, a jet engine, and a blow dryer. Gives multi-task an entire new meaning.

compatibility mode is the only way to get it to work so yes, it's set for 98/ME. My problem is it works too fast.

Without any splits, it's at its 52-week low for NVidia. Around $10 or so. ATI is down too, a strong buy. I got 300 shares of NVidia and 250 shares of ATI, the market will fluctuate and since both companies are pretty stable, it can't go anywhere but up.

Opening prices mean nothing. The Radeon 8500 was going for $299, I got mine for $193, and that's the first month it was out. The R300, I wouldn't surprised if it was going for $250.

And by that time, the Radeon 8500 would be around $60, the GF4 Ti 4400 around $80, and then life would be good.
