and when i go to ms-dos prompt and ping http://www.yahoo.com
it says good like 60ms (i got 40ms before when cable was good but anywhoo...)
then it doesn't do one (request timed out)

it says Packets Sent=4 - Recieved=3 - Lost=1

It's the same, I did everything.

I don't think that these type of tweaks will help me.

What I think is that I need to call a specialist.. actually, I want a hole new modem, and a new comp.

(So everything will be fresh)

its weird

it takes slow to like.... load a website.. well ok. this is what i mean..

for example, i type in a website (mostly any one...)
and it takes 5 secs till it starts to load.
before it took like 1 not even.

and it loads, then stops for like 2-3 secs, then loads again
and pretty slow
