It's a passthrough device...supposed to work with most any router. Haven't read ones that it doesn't work with.

Linksys also has their own wireless router with similar "game QoS" built into it. This Hawkings device came out quite a while ago..when home grade routers didn't have their own built in ...

iplan A. f you can move your computer right next to your modem and get a cat6 ethernet cord and plug it into either you NIC or your mobo. set it up, reboot, test both with speedtest ...
