NETspeedboost?

http://www.majorgeeks.com/.NETSpeedBoost_d1053.html anyone used this? i would use TCP optimizer but it doesn't work with vista.

It will not work on Vista as well. Vista is auto-tuning and has no registry entry for setting TCP Window.
