Problem solved (partially)

Hello:

As I explained in my previous post. I've got a two sided problem with a TP-LINK wireless router. This router is connected, via cat5, to a Zyxel P-660-T1.

The main problem is the TP-LINK apparent incapacity to reach Internet through the Zyxel.

Use the Dos path instead of the long name. Use the Dos truncated name.
The old 8.3 filename convention. Dos takes the first 6 characters, and adds ~1 ~2 etc depending on if there is more than one file or folder ...

I've tried with the ips that you suggested. But they doesn't seem to work. Whenever I use them in Internet Explorer, the browser redirects me to that latino msn page and to spanish google.

Thanks a lot for your answers. I've tried and installed Firefox, and now I can get http://www.msn.com. But only with Firefox; Internet explorer keeps stubbornly giving me that latino thing.

In case of google thins remain the same. In Firefox and I.E. I always get google.es.

I've found some command that seem able to delete a stuck print job (theoretically), but so far I've haven't been able to make it work.
"prnjobs". There are an array o switches for this command. But so far the only ne that works for me is "-l", that list all the jobs in queue.

I started the computer using Hiren's BootCD, the put the recovery DVD with the I386 folder, and then launched Winnt.exe.

Use the recovery cd/dvd that came w/ the computer is the only way else use a purchased copy of XP. Try cleaning the dvd.

Perhaps I didn't explained myself.

The Recovery DVD, has a ghost image. But this image is corrupted. It also has a I386 folder with, I assume, a copy of Windows Media Center ...
