make sure you are using the DOS filename for you bios upgrade, it may differ from the filename you downloaded. also if your download is an .exe you'll need to extract the .bin first. the .bin & your flash utility should work fine on ME bootdisk (ME doesn't include 386emm, etc. on bootdisk). also ...

the last 3 #'s "6-2-2" are 6=read data access time, 2=SPD chip revision, 2=design revision. also good quality memory is stable above rated speeds (overclocked), my Kingston PC-100 "2-2-2" runs rock solid at 133 MHz with no data loss. lower #'s are not only faster but more stable. most all of my old ...
