I recently upgraded my service from 2mb to 8mb max, on the day it was meant to upgrade, I rebooted router, no speed change, so tried every hour or two for next day, still no change.
Rang pipex up, and got through to 2nd line support, he told me it was a BT problem and would be fixed by next day as ...

winamp in kerio win route problem.
It just wont connect to anything via shoutcast, and ive tried them with the firewall disabled.
I've allowed 8000-8001 for both tcp and udp.
Anyone know any other reasons?
edit : If I stop the firewall and let it connect and then restart the firewall service it works, not really an ideal ...

Zoom x3 ip address blocking.
Is there anyway I can block a ip address completely from accepting comms from one ip address?
The reason I ask is sygate pretty often uses active response on one ip, the same ip keeps recurring.
As sygate is already stopping the threat is there any benefit of doing it from the router itself?

Help needed with 1000/256 pipex adsl settings.
Hi, great forum, and I've been playing with the optimiser, though I think I may have borked my settings.
Ok heres my current settings.
