BT Broadband 4meg so slow :(

I got this result from the thinkbroadband.com speedtest.

Speed Down 127.39 Kbps ( 0.1 Mbps )

Its been like this for a few days now, anyone got any ideas?

Do a tracert to http://www.thinkbroadband.com and check where irregular ping times are occurring.

Thanks for the help so far, I'm a programmer but dont know much about networking, I really wish I'd done that degree in computer communications now

131 kb/s 380 kb/s 133 ms Derby ~ 50 mi

Your Download speed is at a constant 130 kbps while upload is at 380 kbps.

Either you have been capped by your ISP or your comp has been hit by a virus or malware. Call your ISP to check or scan your comp for infection.
