I am using the console version under windows. I have entered team name and my name in the configs. But I am not seeing any stats of my units I completed, and I wonder if they are even getting sent. Yes, I have units completed

Odd sudden 100% packet loss
About a month now, I've been receiving heavy packet loss everyone once in awhile (15-30 mins interval?). This occurs greatly while in game servers. And this applies to all servers I been to. My settings and such are fine, as I've been using the same even since before this trouble.

Need some advice
I have a Asus P2B-F mobo and a 128MB ram, pc100, and the best I can achieve is 517 MHz on my Pentium 3 450 stable, I need more voltage I guess, yes I have cooling. So does anyone know how to up the volts on this board? maybe an alternative solution?
