What mobos are recommened for the Core 2 Duo? According the few reviews I read at Newegg many don't support overclocking; but it seems like everyone who reviewed the CPU itself is OC'ing them, so I wonder what boards they are using.

Building new box for VMs

Damn, it's been a long while since I've posted here, and as long since I paid attention to hardware. Been happily plugging away at Microsoft products (living in Exchange/AD as of late on a global migration project). anyways....

I still have the box in my signature running at home as mainly a file ...

I'm looking for a new P4 (Socket 478) heat sink/fan that doesn't require me to remove the motherboard to install. My OEM cooler is getting a bit loud, I think the fan is crapping out, but I have NO desire to pull everything out of the computer to get the mobo out, all the cables and everything are ...

Anyone have a line on a good manufacturer and/or vendor of quality rackmount PC cases; something in the 1U-3U size?

I need to incorporate a CDONT Form into a website, and honestly I've been out of the HTML coding loop for a few years. I used to make sites with Notepad, but that's not going to cut it anymore :)

I've been looking at this Samsung Syncmaster 912N to replace my ancient Sony Trinitron Multisync 17sf CRT (nice monitor, but it's got a dead pixel, a dim row, and it's huge).

The only drawback I can see on the Samsung is it's 25ms response rate. I'm not a heavier gamer, in fact the xbox has taken ...
