Cuts .mpg, .avi files into seperate parts?

MY friend wants to see this part in this *movie* i have and i dont wanna send him the whole thing...its waaay to big.

I've been looking for a Free Program for ya, but most are shareware... so watch out, I hate loading programs that only run for a few weeks.

Edited... blah that link didn't take you Exactly where I wanted it too... But search around there its about Editing and Mixing video..

That free program I posted before says its $49 bucks to register, and unregistered it only runs for 10mins at a time............ BOOO!!
