Rice.

That, and anything (poppy seeds come to mind) that help me get over pain whenever I fight.
So trade that typical for something colorful, and if it's crazy live a little crazy!

Hi Ken

For me Pasta of all shapes forms and sizes. Preferably De Cecco Pasta's, cost's a little more, hard to find at times but

worth finding, it is a better pasta. plain sauce, tomatoes, Extra Virgin olive oil, sea salt ,

black crushed ,pepper, garlic and fresh Basil, yummy, yummy say's my tummy.

linguine and clams

Home made Thin Crust Italian Pizza with tomatoe sauce, crushed black pepper, sea salt, Mozzarella

cheese. fresh Basil, when cooked sprinkle with a touch of Extra Virgin olive oil.

Salads of all types

Big Juicy Cheese Burgers, with the works and an order of large fries. Coke.

Any of the above shared with a friend is a great meal

regards minir
