McCain and Romney... It is highly possible that Hiliary may win the Democratic nominee, and it will not be good if she does, I don't think that anyone can truly argue that. Women WILL vote for her just because she is a woman, so the best possible future will likely be McCain or Romney...
Who would you like between McCain and Romney?
Realistically, Obama is not going to make it. The women will see to that...

The biggest problem with Hillary winning the nomination is nothing unites the Republican Party more then a Clinton running for office. Dems would seem to have the Oval Office locked up because Republicans just aren't as passionate this go around as Dems. That said that could change in a hurry if Hillary runs.
I tend to agree with Meggie that although she might get some votes because she is a woman most will still choose to vote for her because they think she is the best option.

ok... MAYBE... women vote for hillary because they agree with her views, not just because she lacks similiar anatomy. I know there are those women out there that will vote for her because she is a woman, but i wouldnt say that its the majority. Just like black people will vote for obama, and rich white arrogent men will vote republicanKen wrote:Honestly, then you are a minority. Watch the polls and see...![]()

The fact she is a woman, and then the fact that she is "so strong" for getting through Bills sucky sucky, and then she shows "so much emotion" because she started to tear up to gain favor. She is just the typical woman, manipulating things to go in her favor. At least Oprah doesn't endorse her, or we would all be screwed.Ken wrote:Honestly, then you are a minority. Sure, I can put "other" as an option, however...Comtrad wrote:^
Just like the media.
At least put 'other' as an option.
Realistically, a snowball has a better chance in hell than an independent winning this years election. As history shows, they do nothing more than split the 2 major parties...

He's too much of a jackass to have a real run for the presidency. He's taking some seriously anti-woman, anti-freedom stances that most left leaning people find highly offensive - and more people are leaning left than right this election.Comtrad wrote:I was mainly talking about Paul.
So trade that typical for something colorful, and if it's crazy live a little crazy!

An outsider's perspective: I think if Hillary wins the democratic nomination, the republicans (McCain?) will win, like Roody said. But I don't think she will, Obama has her changing her strategy more often than she has Barack change his. As far as I've watched the coverage, there appears to be more truthfulness about Obama's statementst han Clinton's.
Sooo... I think Obama is the only democratic candidate left that can unite the country, Hillary is too polarizing for that. Because of this, he will win. And in turn that will make him president.

LOL @ anti-freedom. You obviously haven't looked into all his stances then. Yes, he is against abortion, but that isn't the big topic right now. Our economy and Gov. involvement in our lives is.Paft wrote:He's too much of a jackass to have a real run for the presidency. Im going to have to go with other, I mean these candidate choices are horrible no offense, we have McCain who has good ol' Henry Kissinger & Robert McFarlane behind him among other very very bad individuals. Romney who has Cofer Black behind him among others. Hillary who has Sandy Berger & Leslie Gelb behind her among others. And lastly Obama, Zbigniew Brzezinski ring a bell!!! Excuse my language but all of them are corporate *****s as well who really do not have our best interests at heart.

I do believe Obama has claimed a good percentage of the female vote.

Although I have my own reasons why I'd rather see Hillary not win it.....I'm curious....why would it be bad?Ken wrote:McCain and Romney... I read your post in the other thread. Is it just because she's a woman and they think different than men?
As far as I'm concerned....almost anyone would have been better than Bush for the last 8 years..
So anyone we elect now from either side is a step up.

Taking a cursory glance, the only candidate for real change would be Obama. McCain is a greasy politician. Considering the economy right now anyone but him is a good choice. Mitt Romney, George Bush 2.0 (Now with more Religious nutcasery). Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton 2.0 and the best chance to bring the country out of economic uncertainty and to gain back some of the luster the USA has lost on the World Stage because of ole **** for brains. I think it will come down to Clinton vs. McCain. Clinton is the easy choice.
She's presenting like a mandrill!
To me all the republicans are gonna take over where Bush left off. Keep in mind I am not factoring in a man called Ron Paul.
Coming down to democrats vs. republicans, id rather the dems win the white house. At least then something will be done different.
I still don't understand why people think socialized health care works though.

I believe a vote for Hillary is a vote for socialism, plain and simple.64bit wrote:Taking a cursory glance, the only candidate for real change would be Obama. McCain is a greasy politician.
