They wouldn't get Oklahoma because the Big 12 champion is tied to the Fiesta Bowl.

would be a better game though #3 and #4, but then again if a playoff was there then we would have all kinds of excitement!

Well yeah I don't argue that. I know alot of USC fans who wanted to play Georgia which would likely be a better game then against Illinois, but that's how they do it.

I think anything is possible, but Illinois does not have the horses to hang with USC. Barring some kind of circumstance like what has happened throughout this season USC should win this game going away. In fact it has the potential to not even be a good game at all. USC is better then Illinois in every facet and position of the game. That's not a homer statement either. Watch what the line will be come kick off time and watch what the breakdown by positions will show.

I think Sava is correct. Va. Tech/Oklahoma is a better matchup then Va. Tech/Kansas and so is UGA/USC more then USC/Illinois.

I don't believe TCB is a BCS restaurant. Popeyes gets the nod and Churchs is left on the outside looking in yet again. Go Popeyes!!

Reason why someone else should be in that game besides Kansas.. its like VATech playing William and Mary over again.
This certainly isn't one of the strongest matchups of the BCS bowls -- in fact, there are non-BCS games that are more compelling than this game (the Holiday Bowl's Arizona State-Texas matchup comes to mind). Kansas will struggle to score against the fastest defense the Jayhawks will face this season. Virginia Tech's starting cornerbacks, Victor "Macho" Harris and Brandon Flowers, are arguably the best set of corners in the country and have the ability to control Kansas wide receivers Dexton Fields and Marcus Henry. I can't see how Kansas will run the ball against Virginia Tech.

Hokies LB Xavier Adibi has the speed to shadow QB Todd Reesing and keep him in the pocket, but he won't be safe there against the Virginia Tech pass rush. Kansas' best bet is to get stud cornerback/wide receiver Aqib Talib more offensive touches to create matchup problems for Virginia Tech. Otherwise, I don't see the Jayhawks moving the football consistently.

Offensively, the Hokies are playing much better now that they've settled into a comfortable two-quarterback system with Sean Glennon and Tyrod Taylor.

The bottom line is that Virginia Tech is too fast on both sides of the ball for Kansas.

Ohio State has struggled with mobile quarterbacks. LSU has two of them. Is it a recipe for disaster?

Hasn't hindered them before. Except for their breakdown with Illinois. If they breakdown like that again, OSU will have their asses handed to them. If they play their best, it will be a great game which they could win.

Rose Bowl - USC Vs. Illinois = I think Illionis will get lucky and win this
Fiesta Bowl - Oklahoma Vs. West Virginia = WestVA has a better team
Sugar Bowl - Hawaii Vs. Georgia = I'd love to see Hawaii stay undefeated
Orange Bowl - Va. Tech Vs. Kansas = Techs defense is too good

National Title - Ohio State Vs. LSU = LSU's offense too good(better than Illionis)

For now I am holding off confirming my National Title pick. Although I tend to think LSU will get the job done I want to reassess that pick.
