What does SG TCP Optimizer do?

Does this tweak change the my house's network? after i use this one my other computer can't enter some server and my Trend Micro internet security can't log into some server either.

Can anyone help me solve these problem?

The TCP Optimizer changes settings for your connection for the PC you run it on.

What exactly have you been changing?

unfortunately i erased everything except this file FirstBackup.spg. Is this enough to back up my network?

Your not backing up your network because it only made changes to the PC you ran it on.

And yes thats enough, DL the program again and then run it, click restore backups and point it to the first SG backup.

Unless some malware somehow hosed your TCP stack...the Optimizer should not have affected it to a point where you can't connect to some servers.

However you can undo changes the Optimizer makes by restoring the backup it prompts you to create when first running it. And..that utility linked above..will rebuilt your TCP stack virgin fresh.
