How would you answer this question?

At a doctor's office I was referred to a while back I was asked to fill out a questionaire about my current health. So I get half way thru the form and I get to a question that just freezes me up wondering what type of answer could I put in for this question. It simply read;

Sexual Preference?________________

How would you have answeres the question? BTW it has since been removed from the form.

There are forms that they have you fill out now with a lot of questions. It does help them. I don't think that I need to say why.
