First of all, do you have a photo editing program installed in your computer? It is not essential to have one per say, but you won't be able to change from bitmap to jpg, making the picture slower for other people to load.

On to the instructions:

1) Arrange what you want to capture on the screen.

2) Press the Print scr/sys rq button on your keyboard.

3) Start, Run, type in mspaint, then you should be in the program.

4) Edit, Paste the picture, then save the file.

5) Upload the picture to a webspace. A couple of good places are Joako and Image Station .

6) Once you have uploaded, they should give you an url to the picture. Copy and paste it here and we should see it.

You may want to get some software to compress the images too.
MSPaint will save them as bulky .BMPs.
You'll want to convert them to .JPGs.
