Started this site...feeback!

I just started this site using the html I know the 3 different java commands...wanted some feedback, its on geocities right now because my server is having problems with the firewall...I also was wondering if anyone knows some good gif programs for doing intro's to a site, i just used gifworks for that dumb intro, but at least it worked.

also, i was having problems with the site when viewing it on the net...im not on my computer right now, was wondering if its my programming, geocities or this computers oldness that is popping up /!\ things.

Get rid of the serif fonts.

Pick a sans-serif. Something such as Arial, Verdona, etc.

The blue text is tough against the black background. Possibly bold the blue so it's a bit easier to read.

Looks good to start off with, though

OMG!! ALL THE POP-UPS!!!

I would host it with someone else that has less pop-ups. They filled the whole task bar.

I didn't even see the site because everything started popping up so I closed it all. That is a good way for no one to look at your site.

Also, I would have everything open up in the same window unless there is a need for it.

My opinion.

I changed the site to "brinkster" to get rid of the ads.
Also, I put the navigator on top...is there a better place or way to do the bar? All these different resolutions are giving me trouble.

here are a couple of suggestions, although I was unable to view the site.

first of all, instead of calling it 'intro.html' you should call it index.html.

then, you dont have to type that last word in. if you want that blue thing here in the forums, then just click on the [url]http://[/url] button up there yonder.

tried viewing your site but i couldn't coz of the password thingy. i suggest you remove the password thing on the homepage itself unless of course you don't intend to show the site.

let people view the homepage at least.

just a suggestion though..
