I have just tried to setup RAID 0 on this system:
AMD athlon 2000+ (Volcano 9)
Epox 8k3a+
Samsung 512mb PC-2700
(2) Western Digital 40gig 7200rpm HDD's
Albatron Geforce 4 TI 4200 128mb
when i boot the computer it says i have Master HDD and Secondary Master HDD. Also in the "My Computer" icon on the desktop the C: drive says 74.5gig. Is their a way to test this RAID to make sure I set it up right?

sounds fishy...
each HD should be on it's OWN ide cable and set to master. That's running off of the raid ide's usually located at the bottom of your board.

74.5 gigs...sounds like it's setup in RAID 0 to me....which is what you're looking for, right?
Onboard RAID? Did you follow the setup instructions....the drives must be on the RAID controllers to work...not the standard ones. I'm not sure what you're seeing on bootup...but the fast that "My Computer" shows you a single 74.5 gig C drive....it sounds like it's working.
You can go into your GUI RAID utility to double check things...
