How can i find my friend in a server. Is there a website i can go to and find out what server he is in?

OK well i got that program and i created a channel and my friend joined and when i would talk he would not hear anything and when he would talk i would not hear anything.

make sure you test your mic and it recognizes that it is there. does it say receive only on the top of the window anywhere? if so make sure your mics not muted and run the mic test.
