I have decided to replace my current Radion AIW with a GForce since I can't use the video capture on this machine. The ATI card will be going into my other machine.
I work at a computer store and one of our reps is sending us a couple of cards ASUS GForce 4 TI 4200 / 4400 and a
Matrox Parhelia. I was going to go with the 4200 because I am not a huge gamer but you just never know. . . right.
So here is what I am looking for, is there going to be any major preformance differances between the two GForce 4 cards? The matrox card is kind of an after thought, the rep is raving about it but even with my staff discount the Matrox is still $525.00 CDN where the GForce cards are half that. (for the Americans on the boards the exchange rate is 1.59 CDN to the USD).

you wont notice a noticeable difference between the 4200/4400... Your eyes dont notice a diff after about 30fps... so when your gettin 120fps, and 70fps, it all looks the same to you... I would say go w/ the 4200... it's a nice card at a nice price.... thats what i did
