Camera Advice Please

I need a digital camera for under $300. I need all the input I can get before 9AM today. I must be able to make the purchase @ Best Buy or CC. I need it for my trip to Germany. Does anyone know anything about the Sony Cyber-Shot 2MP? BB has it for $279.
