In my registry under this key I have:
Go to control panel, system, advanced tab at top, performance,
settings, click on best performance, then advanced tab at top,
background services, then programs
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro
l\PriorityControl
Default REG_SZ (value not set)
IRQ8Priorty REG_DWORD Set to Hex =0--IRQ 8 is real time clock
Win32PrioritySeperation REG_DWORD mine is set to 29 decimal,
You may also try IRQpriority set to Hex 1, see which one is best for you
I realize they say 26 is largest but 29 is faster for me and you have to
check on it as it will slip back to 28 after so many reboots,
make sure its decimal
If some of these are not in your registry, see in help thread
below, How to edit registry and add them.
