I can't seem to find it in the Add/Remove Programs so I can get the option to repair it...

download ie 6.0 and reinstall it

In Win98 select programs-accessories-system information, once the system info. window is showing select tools and then repair internet explorer.

yup that should help too if not reinstall and will say you have the latest ver but you should get the option to reinstall anyways
