i just called EarthLink, my ISP, and they told me my dsl was in safe mode and it is capped at 768kbps down/384up
In a couple of days, they're going to put my dsl back in to normal mode, and hopefully it will be faster!

Cool, once they straighten things out post your caps and TCP/IP Analyzer results again and we'll see if we can get you up to speed. :) :)
