How do you create that ram drive so that internet websites will pop up faster?

Ok i remember a while ago i made a ram drive which i believe i put my tcp/ip stack on or one of those files and it made my surfing speed alittle faster. I was wondering how do i do this again? Any help is greatly appreicated

Use the "search" button and put in
