Hook-up

I would suggest using a DC-6 or a DC-9 as it will keep your modem talking louder and better signal to your tv set.

DC-6

a DC-6 is a directional coupler. the thru leg looses about half a db and the tap leg(goes to the modem) looses 6 db. better signal to the tv and keeps the modem talking louder.
