how do i clean install and dual boot win2k and linux?
how do i clean install and dual boot win2k and linux?
i partion my harddrive into 2 parts, and install win2k in one of them, then from win2k, install linux into the other partion? 
What about tripple boot? Win98se, Win2k, and Linux?

Yes, but in order for LILO to lunch (if it's not installed in the MBR) a basic MBR must be configured to load LILO from the primary partition.
It's much easier to INstall the Windows OSes (since they always wipe the MBR clean) and then install Linux. Use GNU GRUB to boot all three op systems, LILO is old and ugly looking
