I looked throught all 13 pages but I coundn't find the conclusional final tweak for 98 and 98se. Just variants. So what is the final word?
Final Tweak depends on what works best for you. It's that simple.
When you have a Large variation of PC's and ISP's and windows, you have to try differance ones.
For an example. My provider has High speed cable. but because of the heavy load they have on their service, Mine works best at normal cable settings.
Play around with the tweaks at all these sites.
