How do I "uncap" my cable modem for better speed?

Can't do Uncapping anymore. That was an old glitch that was exploited, and long since fixed.

Cable provider can give you more bandwidth, but will charge you for it.

Is no Free Lunch with bandwidth.

I do know a site where you can uncap but its very very hard. You have to have a steady hand and and know what your doing. If I can remember the site i think it is www.Speedcorp.net Not for the record I tried it and lets say I like to see someone with OOL (Jesse 23) beat my speeds.

what you do is take out your .9 Caliber Magnum and shoot
3 sets of rounds @ your Cable Modem no more no less, else it wont work. Then Unplug it, plug it back up and you're set....
I used to have a Cable Modem it was a Surfboard SB3100 Cable Modem after I uncapped it, as described above I got up to 3MB/s
