If this is win98 or 98SE get the Vtcp.386 update and run it...
Next backup the registry Instructions on that can be found here in the forums or on the main pages..
Download the tweak for your OS and unzip it and install it..
Next install the Speedguide web tweak to speed up surfing...
Repost your results its as simple as that...
By the way edit your original post and remove your IP addy everyone can see inside you machine
