Can Someone Please Answer This ?

What does the "size" of a CPU have to do with the speed of your i-net connection? I was just curious since I always see Lobo asking this and I don't know how the Mhz of the CPU relates to the speed of your modem. Thanx :)

Gee I'm the only one here but in lay terms your puter will go only as fast as the CPU is in size, so the larger the CPU the larger your RWIN can be thus making you alittle faster, people with small CPU's with big RWIN's are going nowhere slow, but alas you cannot tell people that, fast computer's have large CPU's, slower one's have small CPU's, kinda like a old 486 against a pentium :)

OK, I gotcha, but maybe instead of asking them the "size" of their CPU, you should ask them how fast their CPU is in Megahertz. Some newbies might take that size thing that wrong way and actually try and measure the cpu in inches, ya know what I mean. When you say "size", it's a little misleading to someone whom is not very PC literate.
