Is there any software that I can Install on WIN98 SE or Win2k to manage the bandwidth per workstation on my ICS shared Mediaone-RR external 3com cable modem?
I have a gut feeling that JAVA enabled chat rooms are sucking somehow hogging bandwidth.
Can anyone confirm or deny this?
There is a Win2K resource kit. In Win2K, for starters, you can check Task Manager to monitor memory, thread, cpu usage. You could also go deeper into the system by going into System Monitor.
