Was having issues with hanging websites on Windows 11 with Fios, regardless of browser, downloaded the tool and ran it. All good now. Hell, been years since I remembered this website but remembered on a random thought and then was thrown back immediatly into nostalgia. Thanks everyone for tips as well. Onward and upward.
