Finally, back in the Gym
Needless to say, Covid really put a dent in my gym time. I tried to lift a little at home but a couple of dumbbells doesn't cut it. My first day back was last Wednesday and as I was checking in I realized it had been almost 2 years to the day. It feels great to get that routine back in my life. I didn't realize how much it meant to me until I was sitting there in the gym and a feeling of content came over me that I hadn't felt for a long time.
