kcom....aRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHH...what a joke! So So sick of the internet problems atm! Completley down for 5 days 2 weeks ago (including phone line) and today internet will only work with erthnet cable in. No wireless access so computer has to come into the living room to be able to connect it into the yellow erthnet cable. NO phone wireless now :-(. Rang KCOM...who sent me an email; to HOW to change settings...only l changed my password from admin p/w 1234 to something else way back when- and CANT remember WHAT too!!!Any ideas to how l can find these out so l can get into the Zyxel settings and change the channels (or what ever it is) to get wireless back?

You can usually reset routers to the factory default. Look on the back and see if there is a "Reset" button, or a pinhole. Unplug the device, then hold this "reset" button down while you power it up.. Keep holding for 10-30 seconds until the LEDs flash to indicate change. Your router should be reset to the factory default settings after that, so you will have to reconfigure it.
