So there you go. It happens with every single connection I try to ping

Also. I have been with troubles uploading files. It doesnt even matters the size of it. Looks like if it drops even with larger files but I dont know. Some people have told me it's an issue with my network buffer and only my ISP can change it. But true thing is I have been surfing with no problems the last months. This is suddenly new. Maybe one of you can help me. I'll appreciate that

Your ISP could be blocking ICMP...

What happens if you try to drop to command prompt and:

tracert google.com
ping google.com

If you can't ping, and the tracert returns all asterisks (* * *) there is something blocking those.
