In order to tweak TCP values on an Android device, it must be rooted first.. Then you'd have to apply tweaks to the build.prop file, but I'd only recommend it for already rooted phones with issues.

Je crois que je perds du temps avec le root temporaire. Je devrais passer au permanent. Car ce logiciel fait automatiquement tout ce que j'essaie de faire.
