Hi, I am Mike (new member) and would appreciate any /all assistance with connectivity issues I have with a couple of clients. I operate a UK TV IPTV Service in Malta. I would add my background has always been Sales but sadly not IT.
I have 3 clients who suffer stuttering around 20.00hrs 'some' evenings when watching our Live service. Our server is located in the UK. When these clients use 'Catch up' where the server is Paris there are no issues. All clients prodominenlty use the same server (as I do to monitor the system). 2 of the clients have ADSL ISP's 1 is Cable. All have a minimum service speed of 20 Mbps... I have heard in some cases using a Static IP is more stable than the usual Dynamic when streaming data. Any ideas. Thankyou. Mike
