Windows 8 - Help for better gaming latency

Hey, im having issues with my gaming ping.... often the ping is at 20-30 but on some servers where my clanmades are having a very good ping i just have a 120 ping (the severs i talk about are all in my country)
Im a pretty big newbie to that stuff here so i hope that someone can help me.
Here are some stats:
1. Im using a provider with 100 Megabit/s (but because of the distance between my pc and my router there is much less coming im trying to fix that with a repeater)

*UNABLE TO TEST PACKET LOSS

You should start out with finding the cause of that, could be side scaling and /or receive window auto tuning etc.

For packet loss , you need to have active(installed) java script in your browser(disable Windows Defender for a while during the test) !

for windows 8 and 8.1 to work with ctcp just apply this registry first, restart the PC then you can set CTCP to on !
